The Gilpin County collection site, about five miles north of Blackhawk on Colorado 119, will open for roundwood deliveries on April 4 and will take in hot wood through beetle flight. The collection site, which immediately chips all infested wood, will be open during normal business hours Wednesday through Saturdays until October.
